Children bring their own packed lunches and snacks to school each day and we promote a healthy eating approach for all children.
This enables parents to provide food that they know their child will enjoy and to have control of the special dietary requirements of pupils from religious groups and different cultures, vegetarians and vegans and those with medical conditions restricting the foods they may eat.
Every class has a snack time in the morning in their classroom and children come together at lunch time to eat together, enjoying a sociable experience as well as learning table manners. If they are staying for a club after school, children have a further snack time at 3.15pm before starting their activities. Milk is provided during morning snack time if you wish.
