The Year 2 Bushcraft visit is one of the highlights of the year. The children learnt to light a fire, cook their own food, navigate using a compass and landmarks as well as playing stealth games. It provides an opportunity for them to take on challenges and surprise themselves by what they achieve as well as further developing their teamwork skills. We all thoroughly enjoyed our Bushcraft experience and are very proud of how the children embraced each challenge.
