Year 1 enjoyed a wonderful workshop at the Chertsey Museum, all about Toys. They stepped back in time as they enjoyed investigating toys from past decades, exploring the materials they were made of and how toys have developed over time. They even had the opportunity to make their own thaumatropes (optical toys from the 19th century!).
