On Thursday we were delighted to welcome Raffy, a school-therapy dog, to visit The Rowans for the first time. He spent time with the children in Kindergarten and Reception, and will be returning after half term to see Years 1 and 2. We plan for Raffy’s visits to become a regular feature in our wellbeing calendar over the course of the year and look forward to seeing the positive impact of the sense of contentment, happiness and calm that we know dogs can bring for children.
